Pirouz Etemad
President
Pirouz Etemad graduated in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University in 1979 and earned his Masters degree in 1980. He worked at CBM Engineers INC. in Houston, Texas for four years. In his position, he worked on several projects such as the Transco Tower/Williams Tower, Informat Tower in Dallas, Muskegon, Michigan V.A. hospital and Tempel V.A. hospital in Texas. From there, he moved to San Diego, California in 1985 and worked for the Development Services Department for five years.
ANP Engineering , founded in 1990, specializes in multi-family residential (Hilltop Views in National City), single family custom houses (484 Prospect in La Jolla) and large residential additions (350 Via Norte).
Additionally, we specialize in structural retrofit (Wonder Bread Building in San Diego), commercial buidings (Social Security Building in San Marcus), and commercial additions (Club M at Grand Del Mar and Amaya II in La Jolla).
